At Photokeeps, we aim to please our customers with excellent products that will be a lasting legacy. Please note that each product you order from Photokeeps is individually made by one of Photokeeps’ highly trained professional printers. Each product is carefully inspected to ensure quality craftsmanship. However, in the rare event that we may have overlooked a damage or defect, please let us know and we will be glad to help.
Send an email to [email protected] with the following details:
- Your full name, order number, contact number
- A description of the defect (please indicate the relevant page number(s))
- Digital photo attachments showing the problem taken at different angles
Please send the above WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving your order. If the defect is due to production errors or due to damage during shipping, we will immediately make a replacement copy and send it to you free of charge. Alternatively, we also offer credit to be used towards subsequent Photokeeps purchases.
If you prefer a refund, all originally ordered contents must be returned to us in order to receive a refund. Our customer support team will provide you with a reference number for your return. We do not cover return shipping charges. Your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment in 30 business days.
Beyond 7 days after receiving your order, Photokeeps will no longer be held responsible for defect reports.
